Michael's Bio:
Michael Plettner is a Unified Communications Architect based in Munich, Germany, with enterprise telephony and UC architecture experience. Prior to joining Unify2 Europe GmbH, Michael worked as a Unified Communications Consultant at Alegri International Services, where he was responsible for designing, planning and implementation of Microsoft UC environments based on Office Communications Server 2007 R2 and Lync Server 2010. Michael has worked with several enterprise customers across many industries in Germany. Michael was also responsible for the design and migration of Alegri’s internal enterprise voice environment spanning all four locations of Alegri, from Office Communications Server 2007 R2 to Lync Server 2010.
Prior to working at Alegri, Michael worked as a Consultant at HEC GmbH and Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS). At SIS, he built Service Design and internal Voice pilots based on OCS 2007 and OCS 2007 R2 for Siemens’ internal usage.
