Cari's Bio:
As the Director of our UC Adoption Practice based out of Bellevue, Washington, Cari leads the Unify2 effort to create great unified communications experiences. Prior to joining Unify2, she was an Adoption Program Manager for the Microsoft IT Lync Deployment Team, where she designed and implemented successful user education programs dating back to the very first release of Communicator, the predecessor to Lync.
While with Microsoft IT, Cari evaluated the benefit of role-based user education programs for unified communications, and built several successful programs around that premise. One of her key accomplishments was designing a program to educate and deploy Lync and Enterprise Voice to top executives and their administrative staff at Microsoft. Cari also sees audio and video devices as a key component of user experience, and has worked closely with several Lync devices partners to improve device usability and functionality. Prior to working at Microsoft, Cari held customer-facing responsibilities for a marketing services agency, working with high tech companies like Compaq/HP, Oracle and SBC Telecom. Cari received numerous accolades at Microsoft and has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington.
